Food & Exercise Diary
So today I had a lot of energy… so for Exercise
-I did 1 hour and 10 minutes on the elliptical at a resistance level 5
-did some walking around the west village
-and my usual 200 arm circles
Food
-I had Pad Thai with Tofu, and Thai Chili Whole Fish from the green Papaya in Flushing :) MY FAV Thai Place ever
-oh I had some Champagne punch at the standard Grill…
